- MEASURE VOLTS/AMPS ON MOTORS
- LUBRICATE ALL MOVING PARTS
- CLEAN EVAPORATOR COIL (IF ACCESSIBLE)
- CLEAN CONDENSER COIL (AS NEEDED)
- CLEAN CONDENSATE DRAINS
